Which tools & platforms do I need?
Service Shop
In our service shop you will find everything you need for a successful trade fair presentation. Please note our early booking prices and their limited validity. Please take your time to look around, if you have any questions, we will be happy to help you.
Please note: Orderings are only available after you have received your stand confirmation.
Only the main contact of your company (according the information given on your registration form) will be registered automatically. This person can add other team members and/or your stand builder to the shop via: Click on your profile -> drop down menu opens -> click on user management -> add additional people.
DMEXCO Community (digital event platform)
The DMEXCO Community is our digital event platform. It will be your matchmaking tool, networking, lead generation and brand awareness.
Here you can maintain your company profile (via the Exhibitor Center) and your personal profile. You can make contacts, chat and arrange meetings with other participants before, during and after DMEXCO. You will also find the complete DMEXCO conference agenda, an interactive hall plan and our video-on-demand library after DMEXCO. All your leads are also available for download here.

Ticket Shop
In the Service Shop, you have to order your free exhibitor codes and stand construction and dismantling passes. You can also order your codes for service passes, speaker tickets and visitor tickets. Please order any additional codes you need via our Service Shop. This service is available in June.
Conference tool /Event Manager
Did you register your conference session? In that case, you will be invited to the Eventmanager tool by our Conference team in May. They will request you to submit your session details (title, description, speaker, etc.), until mid of June.
You can expect to find your session's day and time in the Eventmanager tool end of July.
Delegatis
You have to submit your booth layout via the delegatis tool for approval. You will receive an email invitation to submit this information by a Koelnmesse account.
