You can't find your ticket in the "Ticket Wallet" in the DMEXCO App ? Then first check the following solution options:
- First wait up to 45 minutes, if necessary, so that the synchronization is completed - then the ticket will appear in the app.
- Please check whether you have entered the same e-mail in the ticket store and in the app.
- Have you tried logging in again or even reinstalling your DEMXCO app?
- If you have already tried all this and your ticket QR code still does not appear in the "Ticket Wallet", then contact our Help Desk. We will be happy to help you individually.
