What are the assembly and dismantling times?

Work that produces large amounts of dust must cease by 6:00 PM on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.
All of the aisles must be completely clear by 6:00 PM on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.
Upon request, Koelnmesse can permit stand construction to begin earlier. Early stand construction costs the following amounts per stand area: from Friday, September 12, 2025 (from 6:00 AM): per day €1500.00 (6:00 AM to 10:00 PM), per night € 970.00 (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
The storage of material is also considered to be construction.
For each violation the Koelnmesse is entitled to impose a penalty for breach of contract of up to €5,000.00.
In general, vehicles will be granted access to the grounds until 5:00 PM on the last day of construction September 16, 2025.

Upon request, Koelnmesse can permit the dismantling period to be extended
until 10:00 PM on Saturday, September 20, 2025.
This extension costs €1500.00 per day (6:00 AM to 10:00 PM) and €970.00 per night (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM). The storage of material is also considered to be dismantling.
Dismantling may not begin before 5:30 PM on September 18, 2025.
Dismantling the trade fair stand and/or the product presentation before the
official end of the event represents a serious infringement of the Conditions of
Participation.
In the event of any violation of this condition, Koelnmesse is entitled to impose a fine of up to €5,000.00 (depending on the severity of the violation) for each such violation and/or to exclude the exhibitor from subsequent events.
