Additional information about the construction
- The halls are open 24 hours a day during construction.
- Work that produces large amounts of dust must be completed by 6:00 PM on Tuesday, September 17, 2024.
- All aisles must be completely cleared by 6:00 PM on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 to ensure that the hall floors can be blacked out.
- Early stand construction - only with special permit - is possible from Friday, September 13, 2024, 6:00 AM.
- Special permit forms are available for a fee at exhibitor@dmexco.com.
- Early stand construction must be registered with Koelnmesse by Friday, August 23, 2024.
- Costs: from Friday, September 13, 2024: € 980.00 per day ( 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM), € 720.00 per night (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
- Entry to the grounds is generally possible for all construction vehicles until 5:00 PM on the last day of construction, September 17, 2024. Please note in particular section 15 of these conditions.
Additional information about dismantling
- Dismantling of the exhibition stand and the presentation of goods may not begin before the end of the event on September 19, 2024, 5:30 PM (see Section 14 of these terms and conditions).
- Admission of dismantling personnel: from 5:30 PM
- Arrival of trucks: from 7:30 PM
- Extended dismantling - only with special permit - is possible until Saturday, September 21, 2024, 10:00 PM
- Special permits subject to a charge are available at exhibitor@dmexco.com.
- Extended dismantling must be registered with Koelnmesse by Friday, August 23, 2024.
- Costs per exhibitor area for extended dismantling: € 980.00 per day ( 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM), € 720.00 per night (10:00 PM to 00:00 AM).
