Types of tickets

Exhibitor passes
Exhibitor passes are already included in your stand package (depending on stand size). With an exhibitor pass, you can already enter the exhibition halls before opening hours, during set-up and dismantling times. You can also enter the halls 1.5 hours in advance on the days of the fair. Additional exhibitor passes are available. You will find the exhibitor tickets ready for download in the Service Shop.

Speaker tickets
These tickets are for the speakers on the stages and the masterclasses. With a speaker ticket you can enter the halls 1.5 hours before the official start of the fair. It also gives you access to the backstage area of the stage where your session will take place. Speaker tickets will be send out via mail mid-August. Masterclass: 5 speaker ticktes

Visitor tickets
These are standard two-day-tickets valid for visitors. One ticket is valid for both days and admission is only possible during DMEXCO opening hours. Regular price: coming soon. As an exhibitor, you can order visitor tickets in the service shop as a discounted rate.

1-9 redeemed voucher codes 145 EUR

10-19 redeemed voucher codes 99 EUR

20-29 redeemed voucher codes 67 EUR

Young Leader tickets
These tickets are valid for visitors that fulfill the eligibility criteria of being up to 26 years old and being currently employed. One Young Leader ticket is valid for both days and admission is only possibly during DMEXCO opening hours for visitors as seen above.

Student tickets
These tickets are valid for visitors with a student ID or people with proof of being a lecturer at a university. One student ticket is valid for both days and admission is only possibly during DMEXCO opening hours for visitors as seen above.

Set-up and dismantling passes
These passes are valid exclusively for the set-up and dismantling days. The halls will be open 24 hours continuously during this period. A construction and dismantling pass is not valid on the opening hours of the fair

Service passes
You will receive service passes directly from us. Please let us know how many you need. These passes are intended for your service personnel, e.g. hostesses. Admission with this badge is valid during construction times and official opening hours of the fair. Service passes can be ordert via Email: order@dmexco.com
