I can't login into the platform, what can I do?

If you cannot login, please try the following options.

  • Did you just get your ticket? It may take 5 minutes until your ticket is activated. Please be patient.
  • Did you receive your ticket confirmation via e-mail (also check your Spam inbox!)? 
  • If not, please complete the registration process in the ticket shop, look for the ticket in the my order section and check out the shopping cart.
  • Did you use the same e-mail for the login as for the ticket shop access? You can also use the Forgot Password-function
  • If none of this solved the issue, please contact DMEXCO support
