What is the DMEXCO Digital Event Platform and why do I need it?

The DMEXCO Digital Event Platform is the desktop version of the DMEXCO App, where you can retrieve your purchased ticket, plan your individual agenda, get in touch with other visitors or get important information about the event.

All features in detail:

"Ticket Wallet" - here you will find your ticket: 

After you have purchased your DMEXCO ticket in the ticket store, it will appear in the ticket wallet. At the entrances you can easily scan it at the turnstiles and receive your badge.

Please note: You can only enter DMEXCO with a valid ticket. Your ticket will not be sent to you by e-mail as a PDF after purchase, but will be displayed digitally in the app/digital event platform. This may take a short time.

"Companies" - The most important players in the digital industry

Find the latest solutions and services for your business! Each partner is represented with its own, customizable Company Profile, where you can access all relevant information about the company, its products and services or make an appointment at the stand.
Here you will also find downloads of additional content, links to exciting sessions and much more.

"Community" - Connect with the DMEXCO community!

Find exactly the right person for your business among thousands of participants! Through AI-based recommendations, we suggest relevant contacts that match your interests. You can also filter the attendee list by interests and easily find relevant contacts.

Tip: Scan the badge of your new contact on site and you are directly connected.

"Conference Agenda" - Inspiration from the leading minds of the digital industry

In the "Conference Agenda" you will find all the sessions of DMEXCO, you can bookmark them in your personal agenda and get more information about them. Here you will find the full DMEXCO program: from exciting keynotes to future-oriented panels and inspiring master classes.

And the best thing is: After DMEXCO you can find all sessions in the "DMEXCO On-Demand" tab.

"Helpdesk" - We are here for you!

If you ever need help, you can find many helpful explanatory videos in our "Helpdesk" as well as tips that will make it easier for you to set up your profile, for example.

In addition, there are of course many more features in our app that are just waiting to be discovered by you!

 

The Exhibitor Center is the only function that can only be accessed via the digital event platform in the browser and not via the app. All other functions can be accessed both via the browser and the app.
