I can't log into the platform, what can I do?

If you cannot login, please try the following options:

  • Did you just get your ticket? It may take 5 minutes until your ticket is activated. Please be patient.
  • Did you receive your ticket confirmation via e-mail (also check your Spam inbox!)? 
    If not, please complete the registration process in the ticket shop, look for the ticket in the my order section and check out the shopping cart.
  • Did you use the same credentials (e-mail & password) for the login as for the ticket shop access? Also try a passwort reset.
  • If none of this solved the issue, please contact DMEXCO support
