How do I submit my sessions in the Conference Tool?

As soon as you are a registered exhibitor and have booked a conference format, we will send you the access data for the conference tool as soon as possible.

The session(s), speakers and other information must then be submitted there.
Please be sure to follow the deadlines that you received in the email and that are described in the Conference Tool under 'News'.
Under 'News' you will also find some other tips and important information. Please pay attention to these tips when submitting your session(s) and to the tips you will find in your mail with the access data.
